If you purchased a SIM card with a business tariff from us, to activate it you need to:1. Top up your account with an amount equal to the full monthly tariff fee (top-up instructions).2. Send us a message via WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS, including your SIM card number.We will notify you once the SIM card has been activated. It should automatically connect to the network within 30 minutes of activation. If this does not happen, turn your phone off and then turn it on again. 💰When activating a tariff plan, the fee is charged only for the days remaining until the end of the month. The service allowance (gigabytes and minutes) is also allocated proportionally. For example, if the number is activated in the middle of the month, only half of the monthly fee will be deducted from your account, and you will receive half of the service package. Unused funds are not lost—they remain in your account. Therefore, in the following month, you will only need to top up your account by the missing amount.

If you have funds in your account, once all available gigabytes or minutes are used up, roaming charges will be applied at relatively high rates, which may lead to a rapid loss of money from the account.
