How to use lifecell in roaming?
To start using the card, insert it into the phone, if it does not find the network automatically, you need to do it yourself in the phone settings: Settings → SIM cards and mobile networks → lifecell SIM card → mobile networks. Turn off automatic network search and select one of the 4G or LTE networks when available networks are found. Do not pay attention if it says "forbidden" or "unavailable" under the name of the network, you still need to try to connect. In Poland, Lifecell works best with the operator Orange, so it is recommended to connect to this network.
It is also necessary to check whether Internet roaming is enabled - Settings → SIM cards and mobile networks → Additional settings → Internet roaming → enable international roaming.
Lifecell roaming packages
If the SIM card has found a network, then for the Internet to appear in roaming, you need to connect a tariff.For the first 56 days after activation, Internet roaming can only work at basic tariffs in most countries of the world or with the "Additional Roaming" service in 34 countries of the world.

Before topping up the number and connecting one of the roaming packages, we advise you to turn off data transmission and select the 2G network type in the phone settings for the Lifecell SIM card (Internet via Wi-Fi may be turned on). Enabling data transmission and returning to the 4G or 5G network will be possible after connecting the "Additional roaming" service and after charging gigabytes for roaming. This action is necessary because it is possible that immediately after topping up the account, in a situation where gigabytes for promotional roaming have not yet been charged, the phone will connect to the Internet and funds will be withdrawn at basic rates. To pay for the desired package, there will not be enough funds.
In order to be able to connect the service, the tariff must be connected. (If the sim card was purchased from us on allegro or olx, the tariff has already been connected and paid, so you can immediately connect one of the packages 5GB, 15GB or 40GB).If the SIM card was not purchased from us and the tariff is not connected to it, we recommend connecting the cheapest "Gadget Security" 90 UAH for 12 weeks.To connect this tariff, you need dial the USSD code *510# select 1 and then press 1 to confirm, after that top up your account with UAH 90.
To order the service "Additional Roaming" you need to top up your account with the appropriate amount, dial the USSD code *108*2# and select the desired amount of GB (1, 2 or 3), then confirm 1.When the service is connected, you will receive an SMS message from the operator about charging gigabytes. You can check the balance with the same code *108*2#The service can be ordered any number of times.
56 days after activating the number, you can connect tariffs with better conditions - Gadget Tablet (25GB for UAH 275 for 28 days) or Gadget Router (30GB for UAH 375 for 28 days).
!!!!!Do not rush to immediately connect the Gadget Tablet, Gadget Router or other tariff, because if 56 days have not passed since the activation of the card, they will not work in roaming and the money paid for the tariff will be lost. For the first 56 days after activation, internet in roaming only works with the "Additional Roaming" service. If you bought a SIM card from us for less than PLN 65, it is activated on the day you place the order. You can additionally check the activation date by dialing the ussd code *161# and then pressing 2.
